This Setlist and Performance is absolutely amazing. Would love to hear Songs like Into Battle, Hero in a Dream and Iron live in 2024. I saw them live at Summer Breeze 2015 and the Sound was shit. Last year they were in Lindau, South Germany and they were awesome. Love this Band and I'm excited for the New Album.

Yeah, Sam and Mark met somewhere(I think and an aftershow kickback at a bar, but don't quote me on that) and discussed their certain metal interests. They realized that they both liked at lot of folk music and a lot of folk music-influenced rock bands like Iron Maiden, Amorphis, Nordman, etc. When Ensiferum lost Jukka-Pekka, 2 bassists were auditioned. In Mark's words, the 1st guy that was auditioned only knew how to play 1 Ensiferum song while Hinkka knew how to play everything.
