Can you imagine how hard SM scout talent work? They managed to cast & gathered all these guys to SM Ent, from Canada, US, China, Japan, Thailand, to Korea. And all of them are visuals. Omg

I don't think it's necessarily the work of SM scouting that led to NCT. They hold many auditions in many countries and people travel far and wide just to get a chance to audition. It's not SM scouting that's working hard, it's the people auditioning. Every year auditioners bring something new to the table and raise the standards. SM definitely has a good eye for scouting, but we owe it to the members to acknowledge the journey they've made to get to this point. They worked hard, followed their dreams, and now use their talent and skills from years of training to make music people will enjoy.
