@@_Stroda I'm sure I've read them say far more unkind things about Blodemn somewhere. Or maybe they just play down that whole era (even though their music was far more interesting than the boring stuff they've made since Isa).

@@EyeOfWoden I've only ever seen them talking fondly of the earlier material. It'd be a bit odd of them to play the first two albums in their entirety (and I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same with the next few) if they didn't think much of them.

@@fredriklindberg7761 at least this one was still in the extreme metal category, and had some nice atmospheric and thrash bits. For me Frost-Eld-Blodhemn is a trilogy and i love all 3 albums. But yeah, ELD was very special and one of my favorite albums of all time. Clearly a case of "yeah, judge a book by it's cover" because i got it for the cover. i had no idea what i was getting into.

@@TheJonathanDale My shit is classical music, but I really enjoy some rock acts like David Bowie, Captain Beefheart, Frank Zappa, The Beatles, The Cure and Black Sabbath. I don't really hate on metal but I guess I was drunk and disapointed with Enslaved lmao
