You're not wrong, but don't forget we do have some context in the sense that this jump is what you'd (and they) refer to as a "5th gear pinned" jump... Most of us don't even use 5th gear, like, ever. Getting airborne while full throttle in 5th gear sounds like something that should only be reserved for accidents. It's absolutely insane.

Yeah that's a pretty safe one for a 200ft hit, the deck is so big you can land up top and ve just fine and there's no worries of over shooting either. It's not technical either, there's no timing involved, just keep grabbing gears and commit.

I was always worried that something might malfunction with their bikes. If I remember correctly I think the front legs on that ramp where starting to bend under which wouldn't have been good if they gave away when they were hitting it. I just filmed them doing their thing and hoped for the best.

I just watche the interview ,where Seth Enslow said that his dume jump from Crusty 1,was 4. Seconds of air.... I calculate youras to be 2 seconds,+/- but still a great jump....how does it make you feel,to know that Seth did not fear a damn thing that day,and possibly went 1 1/2 times as far on ad dune jump ,with a complete downhill trajectory, and not only lived to tell it,but was just bruised up?( My question is only based on what i have seen in the two videos,no first hand seeing it in person,so I apologize for any mis understandings of what the media put out there)

Can someone tell me is it easier to hit massive jumps rather than time a smaller one and make sure you don't over shoot or come up short, the take off looks so smooth scummy said there was no pop on the ramp, and u have more time in the air to correct urself so to me it looks easier. but obviously you need to have massive balls to even think about hitting one of them jumps. Anyone know answer to my question please? ✌
