I use white oak bokken only because it was recommended to me by an aikido master and it wasn't THAT much more pricey by comparison. Great video, very informative

hey I'm looking for a sword but its only me training and I'm going to do it in the woods because I get embarrassed :(, this is a stupid question but if I don't buy the single person bokken but the unbreakable one will I be able to work on actually hitting things to or will that not work if so I will just buy the single person bokken

Hello, It you want to hit things with the Bokken the Coldsteel Bokken is the only one really. The wood will stand up a bit but the Cold Steel is unbreakable so a much better option.

Hello, Not any training videos on this channel, just advice on the equipment to use. Always best to find an instructor, if you don't want to go to a class, maybe try a 1-2-1 or online classes.

I train with cold steel bokkens in the forest, they do great. The only thing: do not train when it's below 0° temperature, polypropylene can break if to hit something hard when it's frosty.
