I'm not sure but I know a lot of people are upset because they won't give Arashi her pronouns ! Which is valid

from what I've seen it's mistranslation, arashi pronouns, controversial mv outfits from akatsuki, and ibara scout cards being orientalist

regarding ibara, its because the cards are, (from what i understand) orientalist. (presents asian or north african culture through a western perspective, id recommend looking into it yourself if you want a more detailed explanation) and for things not regarding that, id assume its because the english enstars server has a very bad issue where they have misrepresented arashis gender on multiple occasions. for example, in the main story they used he/him for her until people got mad and they quietly changed it without addressing it, however they changed it so that she was only referred to by name rather than using she/her. im not sure how much you know about arashi but she is canonically trans and is written to be as such and struggles with gender related issues!! so it is extremely upsetting when the english translation completely removes that and doesnt apologise, address it, or anything of the sort. it is completely understandable for people to be upset about these things so a lot of people have resorted to commenting about it under their posts until something is done, i hope this explains it ^_^
