Having worked in software,railways and aviation,i can strongly say that railways are one of the most underpaid jobs relative to the pressure they handle…few of my friends rejoined software by leaving railway jobs..in addition huge shortage in all the central govt jobs.thanku every railway employee for your commitment

Really shocking to hear about present state of Indian Railways. It is most difficult to handle, even arjuna known as syasachi may not handle our IR. Of course all the government organizations are running in this way only. 😢. Infact our government is more interested in running Vandebharat than running regular trains. Now a days all trains running 2/4 hours late. This is our Indian Railways. 😢

If rly jobs risk why most people prefer this. U r also an rly ex employee.Then why u have joined in railway? R they not gave salary in time, Is there no other facility PF, ,medical, increment, hra, ta, reimbiursement facility, yearly free travel pass concession and Overtime allowence? U r saying about risk. If we dont show responsibility on any assigned job we feel it as risk. Even road sweeper job also filled with responsible. If any body complained on them higher authorities take immediate action on them. But there are no enquiry committees , cbi enquiry for them, to prolong the matter and to time pass. The govt has not appointed sufficient staff so work load. This what u said is 100% corret. I agree with u sir.
