They should re- design the old building at the air port and then in the city centre of kamapala government should work with land owners or the rich men who own properties of old bussiness buildings to construct high raised apartments with offices and bussineses spaces just like Kenya did in Nairobi and now Kenya started doing in mombasa this is because the population is likely to increase more with investors
