So his true MAX potential will be: Lv30 = 61200 DMG / 8500 DPS Lv40 = 79200 DMG / 11000 DPS Lv50 = 97200 DMG / 13500 DPS Lv60 = 115200 DMG / 16000 DPS It's much lower than what I said in the video. But in same time it makes Dark Phonoa's DPS fluctuant less unpredictable

I like his design, and he's also pretty balanced and not nearly as absurd as Dasli or Phonoa, however I would've liked his slow duration to be longer but with a lower proc chance, which wouldn't really affect him that much due to multi hit and surge. Also imagine if he had same range as Phonoa, strengthen and regular surge instead of mini, I guess it is for the better Ponos decided to not go for this approach.

Debateable as better than Mitama. I prefer Mitama for her consistent slow, high uptime and survivability, but Dark Phono definitely has the upper hand on damage and versatility (curse and surge immunity is a godsend). It feels like PONOS decided to make an updated Mitama with proper relevant immunities, but realised that would be way too broken (Mitama with curse and surge immunity would be too broken to measure imo) so they countered that with an uptime and consistency nerf. Reasonable. Very very strong uber, but not close to the top 3. SS tier is good enough for them.

His actual DPS at level 50 would be around 7,500+(750×1~3) (7,500 from his full dps 11,250×2/3 since you can expect 2 hit to connect at most, 750 dps are from each mini surge 2,250÷3) but since you can't really expect the surge to occur at same area, the finalized dps would be around 8k (±) still pretty much better than most superbackliner, not considering that he also have small slow as a bonus.

By the looks of it, his best synergy is (fittingly enough) King of Destiny Phonoa. With their similar range, Dark Phonoa keeps everything in Phonoa's range, and Phonoa wipes out everything else.

This Phono is pretty much an uber you can use if Mitama doesn't work. With high range high push power behemoths becoming more frequent, and the randomness of ZL enemies, Mitama could become harder to use (or not lmao). Dark Phono with the extra range will be able apply the occasional crowd control and sniper DPS, halting any possible threat of enemies pushing. Probably best used with a lineup that isn't at least Slow CC focused already, maybe instead focused on better defense through meatshields or tankers. Dark Phono also advantage against Aku, Relic, and Traitless due to him targeting everything and him having surge/curse immune. He is a great uber, but since he doesn't have something that makes him stand out much, he's mostly doing work in the background and most people wont notice him doing much.

I think this is what OG phonos should’ve been when they first introduced him. And I’m glad PONOS recognised their massive fucking mistake with OG phonos and make his dark counterpart a much more balanced sniper unit rather than an offensive fucking powerhouse that does massive DPS in a massive area without any risk whatsoever. You can tell that by looking at his far inferior DPS compared to OG and his pitiful slow ability. I would also like to add a tiny buff by making his mini surge more consistent like letting them only land on the range of their respective hit. Overall I’m satisfied for what they did to dark phonos, much more balanced (?) than his OG.

D'ark is a rusher with 150k hp (lv50) this sort of stats is what make him OP in the first place. Hitman do have more dmg potential if you could stack him but most late-end game stage won't let you do it easily. Ponos made Hitman to powercreep 4crown traitless stages in UL, not to replace D'ark.

Sure using Mitama and Dasli makes the Battle Cats experience a lot more feasible but the fact that Dark Phonoa could take the role of both Ubers while also have other excellent qualities at potential fields like Super sniper and Surge Reflector copium at the price of making the game a bit harder but still managable shouldn't be something not to be neglectible, especially when the purpose of the project isn't just a Perfect One-Lineup, but a Perfect One-Lineup that takes the least amount of slots.

You heavily underestimate his cc ability. Fruit treasures and his multi-hit drastically increase the duration, so it's more like 2.7s, not 2. Between 400~750, his uptime after a bunch of calculations is almost 40%, slightly higher than that of chronos. But wait, it gets better: with mini-surge, if you're lucky, you can get a maximum of roughly 60% uptime, meaning that despite the inconsistency, it is still enough to say that he is better than chronos

33.33% uptime is already factoring treasure benefit. Multi-hit tempo is 10f while Surge lag is 15f. Since both happens nearly in same time, I only took Surge because it has the longest lag after attack. I'm not going to count everything else because the chance of three Surge overlaps is very low. Totaling them, it's just 37.5% uptime. This will be his uptime for most of the case.
