This album really is a masterpiece. As you listen to it, there are some songs that you may not like right away and some that you instantly love. It unfolds and unpacks as you go- until you are ready to fully appreciate each track. It's rare these days to have any artists that can develop such a wide composition of layers into one single album. Great job, guys. Also- phenomenal show in Dallas in 2016. I was shown that a music group really CAN care about its fans. I will be at your Dallas show again this January- it's going to be a birthday present to myself!

@@MattF012 I know this was a year ago but I just really needed to say that if every song released by them was incredibly emotional and to the point as Ode to Lost Jigsaw pieces then they'd have no meaning as an emotional piece of music, it'd just be like every other song.
@MattF0122 жыл бұрын
@@gruntskome366 I just meant that this song is wholly creative and ebbs and flows so well, but most of their other stuff seems super generic by comparison. It doesn't need to all punch so hard emotionally, I just wish there was more creativity on display like on this track
@gruntskome3662 жыл бұрын
@@MattF012 I just can't agree with that, the bulk of their discography is actively different and pushes certain boundries of the musical styles and genres they've gone into. I believe this song has the most passion on the album; to me, it just speaks volumes about how screaming in music should be used. This is beacuse it shouldn't wasted and overused but preserved for the utter frustration and passion. This is certainly true for the second movement Rou despairs and shouts "We'll cope somehow". A masterpiece in my opinion.

This song has just saved me from going out to buy some alcohol after quitting 18 months ago. I really needed to get out some bottled up emotions, and this relatable song was just what I needed (along with “Airfield”). Now I've silenced monkey mind and released and processed all those pesky emotions, my chonic head pain has reduced to a managable level. So I’m about to go out to the local park for a relaxing read by the lake - with a non-alcoholic drink, maybe some chilled Dandelion & Burdock. Then feed the ducks, geese and squirrels. Then maybe use the outdoor gym (while listening to “A Kiss For The Whole World” album). 😊 Thank you for the music and inspiration, boys. ❤
