You just need to remember to fill in our declaration form in advance before one day or within 48 hours online before for our return departure trip back to Singapore on our mobile phone oversea countries instead of filling it up when you arrived at Changi airport would/will further delay for our time. I had forgot to do it twice and was regretted and delayed exiting out at the automatic machine area there.

Hi, worth to watch ur Video, keep doing good work. hey dear I have a little query. in september, Me and My BF planning to Visit Singapore. as My Bf from India so w'll come from delhi to Changi. the query is do Arrival check luggage or else, how much chance? nothing big, my BF just use chew tabacoo sometime and He will be carrying 1 opened tabacoo pouch in his pocket or bag. will it be fine? or suggest what we have to do?

Hi, The Jewel is located at the public area. After landing, you have to pass immigration to the arrival area landside. Depending on which terminal you arrive at, Jewel is accessible directly via terminal 1, by train or bridge from terminal 2 and 3. Shuttle bus from terminal 4.

Hi, according to the website, travellers aged six and above can use the autogate. My son, 9 (not Singaporean) could use it. I think for younger children, there will be staffed passport control for immigration clearance.

Hi, I was really amazed by Changi Airport 1. the efficiency of the automated system at the immigration/ passport control. 2. The connectivity of terminal 1, 2 and 3 via the bridge and train. you can only reach terminal 4 by shuttle bus. all the best!

Hi, I believe there are still manned counters available for travellers like children, those special needs. I don't think the use of auto gate is mandatory for adults, but I can't confirm that. Usually manual counters may also require some form of biometric verification.
