Every now and then I pick it up again too. Honestly I haven't come across anything like it. Of course Nihei's other work is worth it. Some say Levius has similar art but I haven't read it yet. Maybe the Ergo Proxy manga too? If you find anything, hit me up! Thanks my friend.

Naissance has a slightly different tone I think but I'd recommend it, visually and conceptually very similar. It's a video game were you explore an infinite... something, very cool you'd probably like it.
