Grilling and Beer! Heck Yeah!! That steak looked delicious. Love carne asada. We sometimes add a little cilantro and some diced onions. Do you ever do them that way. or add anything else?

It's to clean the grill but I had washed it before rubbing the onion. I like the smell of grilled onion.
