You can also do Commande: (getcname "cercle") and [enter] "_CIRCLE" to have the english command Commande: (getcname "_circle") and [enter] "CERCLE" to have the french command

I've managed to write a few very useful routines that accept user input and manipulates it to draw in a few seconds what would have taken me 5 minutes. Literally. However I am self taught. Having a more in depth explanation of routines would be fantastic!

For other language user use _zoom for zoom, use _erase for erase. simply tape _and english fonction

Yes, as long as is not already being used by another command or variable you can use any combination, even add numbers to it.

Hi Lynn, I do like watching your tutorials, I need your help for this issue I have an autocad file made of hundred points, each point is known by an ID. Let suppose my ID's points start from 1 to 500. Now among all this points, I have to join points 5,10,11,110,400 into a closed polyline. How can I do that with Lisp programming.

u make things looks so easy ....i had an offer to work in dubai but i lose it because this autolisp i never heard about that here in tunisia because we don't use it as a draftsman for 5 years i use cheat cheets and i draw plans ..i even don't know why we need autolisp when we can do the work so fast even without it ...untill now i didn't understand what's his roles
