Wispy boy! Poison type pokemon can get hit by poison type moves but they cant be poisoned. Thats why it failed

Hello Wispen! Thanks for asking advice on beating Mr Gengaritus' team, I would be happy to help. Ghost type Pokemon are weak against ghost, dark and psychic. Steel is immune to poison, and ground resists it. For specifically the Nidoking I would use Suicune, so you are already fine on that part. I do not recommend to use psychic type Pokemon for the battle, but I would suggest that you use a lot of dark and steel type Pokemon(excluding celesteela because of toxic). A good options are because of this Aggron and/ or steelix, an umbreon with last resort, protect, wish, and another move. Scoliopede resists ground but is also weak to it, I recommend you to use a fire type with flare blitz or just to use Aggron. It's also handy to have a fast pokemon, Weavile for example with a couple of dark moves. P.s. if you have trouble with Pokemon outspeeding you I definitely recommend you to use a choice scarf

Well to be honest I can be gengaritus because I have a genera and it has a quick claw so I do destiny bond and yeah both gengars dead then I have a raikou with shadow ball and calm mind maybe you should nerf him though it takes forever because my gengar was in the vault I had to wait a day and the other day where I didn’t have gengar I lost every time

Poison types can't be poisoned, salazzles ability is the only one that lets you poison them atm I believe.
