Agreed - that was on my mind lately and that was a great reminder ! Maybe that’s a better key reality that can help us to better anchor and rest with Him - rather than trying to connect to the Lord in a throne room that’s “ outside” of us or out there somewhere.

One doesn’t have to have angelic encounters and ‘ascension experiences’to be changed by Jesus ,as His abiding Holy Spirit reveals His living truth to us through His word and speaks to our hearts in the ordinary moments of life. I received revelation of the scripture ‘ to live is Christ, to die is gain ‘ straight from the Holy Spirit ( boom)as I was quietly reading His word and have continued to receive ongoing life changing revelation that way ever since . We walk by faith not by sight 🙌🏻🙏

That’s an amazing reality and I agree with you , but my question is … why wouldn’t we want to desire spiritual experiences that can ALSO facilitate heart encounters / transformation? Namely , from the context of us being SPIRIT beings moving thru this life in a “ physical “ body . Another words , if JESUS had eyes to see and ears to hear of the heavenly realms while He was on His earthly mission , why shouldn’t we desire that same fullness? By no means do i believe this is something to be PARADED and lead to egocentric comparisons to others , but moreso a part of our heavenly/ earthly inheritance and fullness in Christ . Reminds me of the garden of Eden before they ate of the wrong tree - their Spiritual eyes were open and saw according to their hearts connection to heavenly reality , and it appears that when they ate of the fruit their natural eyes and senses became the focal point . That being said -- I agree that Jesus can surely transform hearts without “ ascension” encounters , but I see the heart cry for the heavenly realms as a way to learn to more fully untether from being fixed and focused upon what’s natural / temporal. I imagine the more we’d encounter heavenly/ kingdom realities - the more fully the awe and wonder in our hearts and the true “substance” we carry would impact this earthly realm . For me and I assume many - heavenly realities would be like learning to tap in and anchor in our true HOME and learning our identity therein - finding our true freedom to live FROM that position.
