Yeah they use a drum vst, you'd be surprised how many bands do nowadays. Drummers are hard to come by, especially in death metal and deathcore.

As far as I recall, Dan was always a Christian, his father was/is a priest as well. I deleted my Facebook a while ago but I remember him mentioning that.

@@rolllimbo973 I believe it to be more selfish of those who want that person in their lives more than wanting the person suffering to stop the agony they are in. They're so self centered that they would rather feel secure knowing they are alive and in complete despair than just learning to let go and that death is the only way out.
