I played my graf zeppelin in a tier x match where the enemy team pushed in two groups with cruisers like Moskva and Cleveland and bbs like Iowa and jean Bart, my god did that make me feel useless

I feel like players don’t even try to avoid the CV. Most players definitely can but choose not to, and I have no idea why

You feel that because many times turning to avoid the carrier would mean turning broadside to the entire enemy team or turning in to several HE spammers. Often even "just *try* to dodge" doesn't work as a tactic

You're quite wrong, when I play Asia servers, the destroyers, light cruisers, heavy cruisers and even goddamn battleships do their very best to steer away from my torpedo, rocket and bomb runs. Mind you, I'm using Hosho, even the players at tier 2-6 are smart enough to dodge them.

@@kagakai7729 It is not only about dodging the torps or bombs, but to dodge the enemy squadron altogether. You almost always see the planes before they can see you, so that gives you time to position correctly so you don´t become a juicy target to the planes. Another thing many players forget is air superiority. If you see the enemy planes are usually on A and your group has low AA or no fighter cover, it is best not to play too aggressive.

When I play Ryujo. Wg:t8 bbs and cas mm. When I play Devonshire: t8 cvs But this shitty mm will only make me better. Due to COVID-19 the government ordered all civilians to stay home. This gave me time to become better at cvs and put in action eat I learned from you. Thanks a lot😊😊💪💪

Exactly , try expaining all that to that idiot Flamu who keeps screaming that cvs are still omega OP. CVs are a joke at the moment. If the enemy team is Lemming training - there is nothing you can do (just pick a strangler here and there). My overall damage with CVs has dropped 50 % for the last 3 updates. Now getting 100k damage feels like an acheavement... while i'm used to 150k average with every other class.

In an organized game, CV would be trash. Potato randoms complain because they are allergic to team work and will always pepega solo impossible mission cap/kill CV/overextend/flank/etc. as shown in this video.

What makes a CV op isn't the innate power of it, rather, its ability to punish bad plays in a game that is riddled with terrible players. People should group up more if they truly hate Carriers, like demonstrated here

@@TTier Im talking for those ships in particular that really don't want carriers after them, like destroyers and IJN BBs, but yeah, AA heavy ships can just flank in pairs and CVs can only try to spot them if they dont want to lose planes. Of course if a CV really wants you dead you will die if they're competent no matter how many are protecting you, but that doesn't means its gonna be cheap in plane losses....

@Toptier We hope that you can eventually become a CC for WG, as of late, we do not have any that advocate for CV's and most of the big and outspoken CC's like Flamu, Zoup, Notser, Jingles etc. don't seem to understand the point of CV's in the game or how they are used. The CC's just complain about how bad it is for DD players and how CV's stop flanking attacks (isnt that what they are supposed to do?!?). On the surface, it looks like CV's can easily shit on DD's, but a DD player with half a brain can avoid most of the damage that a CV can cause to it, being direct attacks or spotting. Also DD hunting is no where near as easy as Zoup and Flamu claim for it to be, because outside of the beginning, there are generally far better and juicier targets to hit.

You know TopTier thats the problem, nobody of the "CVs are OP" guys are willing to accept this fact. If youre alone youre a yummie Target especially in a BB, they dont know to at least counter some attacks. CVs are strong yes, but only in the right hands and like you mention it, they have to make mistakes. Best examples are T8 Cvs who i would say are the most difficult ones to play if not in a T6 -7 MM. They need just a bit Balancing but every CV for him alone, because they have all different strongs and weaknesses. Someones has to be buffed and someones nerfed, there all forgot the times where you could Kill anybody with one RTS Attack. Only exception for more detail of Balance is T10 / T6 / T4, i also have no probs if there cut the Rocket planes but than i want to have a good trade for that. Small question on the edge as i own GZ and Lexington and mostly like play GZ, would you still recommending playing Kaga or say stay for GZ or would you say wait until new Cvs arrive like they announced ???

Occasionally I play CVs myself. My biggest problem is that I cannot see or fell the tactical side of CV gameplay. Dealing a lot of damage does not guarantee a win for your team. I need watch a lot of your videos to get a feeling for that tactical side.

the thunderer was out of position but it's slightly bs that you can drop on him regardless. he should be a no fly zone in a t8 cv lol. CV's still to strong, enterprise being the prime example.

If Thunderer should have no fly zone, why is tier 8 CV in the same game with her? if Thunderer plays incorrectly .. Tier 8 Destroyer can devastate her Tier 8 Battleship can devastate her Tier 8 Cruiser can devastate her but tier 8 CV shouldn't touch her?

TopTier made about 30% of his HP in damage. Remember that some of that damage he can superheal. What about the other 70% of HP? Yes, the rest of his team punishing his bad positioning. So it is not like TopTier dropped on him a nuclear bomb that took out 120% of his HP.
