She's probably better off. If she'd won she'd be locked into all sorts of contracts and obligations. The show has given her exposure even if she didn't "win". Look at what Lindsey Stirling has made of herself from an AGT "fail", she could do the same.

I was so sad that she didn't win :( I voted for her as much as I could. But I hope Geneviève knows that so many people were touched by her performances and that she is amazing. The problem with Canada's Got Talent is that they don't leave the voting window open long enough for the western half of the country to vote! I'm in BC and I've never been able to get my votes in, because the close it before we even see the broadcast. It's so stupid and I have no idea wtf they do it that way. 🤬
