Let us not forget Roma was a semifinalist of the UEFA cup last season, and a finalist the year before (and got fleeced by Anthony Taylor). Not to mention the winners of the first Conference League. That's two finals, one won and one lost (robbed), and a semifinal in 3 years (in a row). Before you bash Tottenham (and especially Ange) for this result, just keep in mind the level of opposition was no pushover. Roma is having a bad time this season, but they're still capable.
