It felt like this reporter didn't like Sarah as a character and John B/Sarah together. However, I love that Chase and Madelyn are 100% percent for John B/Sarah endgame. As they said, it was literally promised since S1. I wish the writers took better care of their story in S3. Because I dislike cheating storylines. But it's odd to watch an interview where the reporter is so against their pairing. I really hope S4 is better for John B and Sarah as a couple because the actors deserve better storylines and fans too.

I loved hearing Chase stick up for Sarah with that whole Topper situation. Cause tbh it wasn't black or white. Yes her cheating was 100% wrong and there's no excusing that however, this teenage girl is coming back to a town (after suffering a lot of trauma i.e her brother AND father attempting to murder her) where she has no family, no home, no money, and the main person she turns to in a time of need has pushed her away and gone off for few days with his sketchy dad. She even tried staying with Kie but was denied. Topper was a person who used to (and still) really care about her and was showing her so much comfort in a time of need. So I completely understand why she kissed him. Does that mean its okay? No, but I understand why.

I feel the same way. I’m annoyed that Topper tries to take advantage of her any chance he gets. Not only that, but intentionally tries to ruin their relationship when he knows they are happy. I get that Sarah did him dirty in season one, but I thought he would’ve gotten over that by now and realized there was someone better. Guess not.

Sarah cheating on John B was so unnecessary in the storyline. This was like the loss of the strong couple that we saw in the last 2 seasons, because Sarah and John B complemented each other, and were a team. It also lowered my confidence towards Sarah’s character. She seems not to be trusted when something could go wrong between John B and her. I hate cheating storylines mainly when they have a powerful couple.

After Topper sets the building on fire, I hope he lets Sara go and forgets about her finally. The writers of this show should realize that it doesn't make much sense to make dirty Sarah's character in every series like this one where she cheated on John B. I think that triangle was okay but it should not be there for too long. I hope the end of S3 definitelly closed chances for Topper to get Sarah back. Season 4 should let John B and Sarah as a couple and bring something new for them and Pogues.

@@just_Dani She made it clear at the end of season 3 where she wants to be, there is no more confusion, her relationship with John B, after the cave scenes where they both realized what they meant for eachother is pretty much sealed. There is no need for more drama and yes as u said, if Topper is gonna be again craving for her and she is going to run to him out of confusion, that would just straight up undo entire character development of Toppers and Sarahs character in s3. Just let Sarah and John b alone, they can be support system for the other Pogues, that are fresh in relationships.

honestly, considering that sarah cameron is a 16/17yo and just went through months of constant trauma (getting shot, almost murdered by both her dad and her brother, seeing all her friends in near death situations, getting drugged by her stepmom, being stranded on a deserted island, being homeless; thats just what i can think of at the top of my head), it's no wonder she sought out a person who in a way represents the before; a time when she didnt have all this trauma. likely all that went on in her head was needing comfort. that being said, was cheating on john b ok? nope. (it was also established early in season one that sarah is known to be a cheater, as her sister told topper, if i remember correctly. it's not outlandish that she'd turn to a shitty coping mechanism after all that happened)
