He was determined to be the Dad that he never had. And not just to his biological daughter Hailie, but he also legally adopted Kim’s niece (who’s parents were deep in addiction and later passed away) and a daughter she had with another man, and is a Dad to them too. Yes he’s an incredible lyricist and rapper, a living legend, but he’s also a fatherless child from a very impoverished background, that grew up to be a man who refused to repeat the cycle, and takes care of and loves his kids above all else. Something really beautiful in him breaking the destructive cycle he was born into, and being the father he always wanted and didn’t have. Truly beautiful.

My little step sister went to elementary school with Hailie and my family would occasionally see him at open house or events/plays ect that she was a part of and my dad said literally no one ever bothered him. He was treated like any other parent. He never had a crew of people with him, or showboated around being loud and flashy like some famous people do. I had the one and only rare occasion seeing him and the mother together at the graduation. I was in a complete state of awe. I didn’t wanna be the creepy groupie so I calmed myself & managed to give him a quick wave. He smiled, nodded in acknowledgement and threw up the peace sign! It was the one & only encounter I’ve ever had with a celebrity and it’s one I hold very near & dear to my heart & I will forever cherish that moment!♥️💕What a blessing it is to have such amazing daughters and that Marshall Mathers the great is their father. I know he’s been through a lot in his life and I am amazed at how he turned it around for his daughters. She’s absolutely beautiful!! It’s so cool seeing her grown up since she was a child in all of the songs we grew up on ❤️❤️ My dad bought me my first Eminem cd from Zia records in 4th or 5th grade, I told him I wanted an Em cd & he bought idk if accidentally, the uncensored version & I always listened to it secretly without my mom hearing it in my room 🤣 I was so grateful my dad bought it for me, it got me through SO much 💜 Hook line & sinker 🎣 ever since 🎶 ♥️ He still gets me through so much. Too much respect for him 🙂 & my dad passed away 10/27/09 few days b4 my 19th bday so Em’s song “when I’m gone” is so special to me OMG I can’t even 🙏🏻 😩♥️♥️

Eminem could lost everything, his mom, his love, his money. But his daughter I think he would even die to see her happy. And that's beautiful as hell. Not the best person, not the best father but definitely a great great inspiration

What a wonderful story about this humble rapper. I am not a fan of hip hop & rap but I did enjoyed a few of his works. He made a name for himself without having to imitate any pioneers in the past. He stand alone as a well defined & talented lyricist. I hope he considers writing an autobiography. I will be one of the first to buy a hardcover. ❤❤❤ KEEP ON STRONG, EM! GOD BLESS YOU & YOUR LOVELY FAMILY. 🙏🥰👵

Eminem one of the truest Dads. Money don't buy happiness. You got to be right there beside your kids your family through it all. Otherwise it all falls to hell. 👪👪🎈💕✨🌟💫💞

From the looks of it he’s a really nice guy and a good father. I grew up listening to his music. He has a lot of love and respect for his kid. And she’s blessed to even have him as father.

Em has to be super proud of his daughter, with everything he did to make sure Hailie could go to college and graduate, that was probably one of the happiest moments of his life. You know? Like everything he sacrificed paid off.

The best thing I heard was on her graduation he watched from another place to not draw the attention away from her 🔥

Eminem did a good job. He raised multiple good children who have no problem being themselves and going after their dreams. He did good.

She’s an absolute doll. Love her. He should be very proud. He mastered the hardest job on the planet being a great dad. The proof is in the pudding. And he has a lot of issues due to his own upbringing. I love to see people slay their own dragons and come out better for it on the other end.

Aaawww shes so grown up now and so beautiful. One of Eminem's pride and joy, he did an amazing job raising his girls. One of the reasons I love Eminem, is how he gave his daughters the childhood and life he never had and the life no one in his family ever had.
