Interesting. For me it was always the other way round. Well, from a teen on, anyway - not sure about before that.
@sc39612 жыл бұрын
Not to be the "aCkTuALLy" guy but... For me, too, ever since I turned teen, and all the way after, it was always easier to be sad, because anger requires some sort of... Mental batteries, energy, juice, whatever you wanna call it in jargon. It requires activity that I never had the ambition to show in life. Though, being a guy and all, sadness isn't the most socially-allowed, but... You know. I don't care about many things, because that too requires effort, soo, I don't care about people thinking of me as weak either. When I'm happy - I'm happy, but my default state is stoically sad, and that way at least I don't put others in danger, or whatnot. Anger can sometimes be a problem on the other hand. Plus it may put individuals away from the line of least resistance, where I surely don't want to be tbh
@g.strobl44582 жыл бұрын
@@sc3961 it's not that I can't be angry - in fact, I was hotheaded originally. Anger appeared quickly and was spent spent quickly. But I found its destructive nature and its power over me harder to deal with. So I learned how to transform it into sadness, which I could safely live through and thus dispose of. Does that make sense to you?
@g.strobl44582 жыл бұрын
@@sc3961 , also, what you describe sounds like a depression below the point of clinical relevance. I think that might be called Hypo-Depression (hypo=below, or sth. like that). It might be treatable, if you ever feel it is dragging you down too far. Take care of yourself, okay?

I love how Walker gets to talk and, just like us, geek out being around and working with 3/4 MCU actors (for his first movie)…now both he and Jen Garner needs to find a MCU project 🤣 Shawn Levy could also be a good fit for the Marvel movies too (loved Free Guy & so happy when it came out on D+ during a time we were in lockdown and the cinemas were closed; would have loved to have seen it in the cinema but the timing sucked). It is adorable to see these people form a protective cocoon around him, nudging him out of his shell. Humans first, always professional. Great group of people. Great video; thanks EW for letting these talented folks just talk about this movie 👍. I don’t have Netflix but will have to find a way to watch it; looks great. PS seeing Jen and Mark together just gives me Thriller dance vibes; their movie was called Suddenly 30 here (in my opinion a better movie title). I remember coming out of the cinema so happy watching such a cute, feel-good movie with an incredible message for young people-they don’t make many movies like this nowadays.
