The struggle with chemistry is real! Especially online learning! This is my first time taking chemistry; I'm in college studying nursing. I was doing well until this and spent 2 days working through the last 2 problems on my homework and just couldn't grasp it. In doing this, 1 lb of fuel having a HEAT OF COMBUSTION 1000 Btu/lb was burned. What percentage of heat produced was transformed into useful work?

For C2H5OH, there is an extra hydrogen at the very end next to the oxygen so that's why there is a total of 6.
