We should admire the Judge too because he has been quite lenient and patient enough to listen to the lady, and taking extra time, in guiding her to the right path. Salute you Sir.

It's always like that judges are lenient towards in person when party acts reasonable and does not go beyond facts and law point

What a brave lady!! She took care of her daughter and mother without any other support. I hope the case settles in her favor. This lady taught me a lesson today. I have to stand up for my problems. Expecting anyone else to come help me is not an option. The petitioner must have caused a great deal of trouble to her. Still, she is calm and to the point. She deserves a gallantary award I genuinely feel

Honourable Judge deserves one's high appreciation for heartfelt practice of love and human concern, but without yielding himself any unethical legal practice. Court is not only a place where the accused are punished, but also a place where love is legally and honestly established and ensured. This judge is a role model.

@@rajeshmohan7881 but learned Judge don't know what the, Order 3, Rule 1 of Code of civil procedure says, he is telling that lady, in order to be in Party in Person, you have to take permission from Registrar of the Court, As per Order 3, Rule 1 of Civil procedure Code, it says:- ANY APPEARANCE, APPLICATION OR ACT IN OR TO ANY COURT, REQUIRED OR AUTHORISED BY LAW TO BE MADE OR DONE BY A PARTY IN SUCH COURT, MAY, EXCEPT, WHERE OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY ANY LAW FOR THE TIME BEING IN FORCE BE MADE OR DONE BY THE PARTY IN PERSON, OR BY HIS RECOGNIZED AGENT OR BY THE PLEADER ON BEHALF , PROVIDED THAT ANY SUCH APPEARANCE SHALL IF THE COURT SO DIRECTS BE MADE BY THE PARTY IN PERSON. IN THIS LAW PARTY IS THE SUPREME, HE HAS THE RIGHT TO PLEAD , THE WORD 'OR' CLEARLY DENOTES THAT EIGHTHER THE PARTY OR HIS RECOGNIZED AGENT OR HIS PLEADER ( ADVOCATE) MAY PLEAD IN ANY COURT OF LAW - MAY BE IN TRIAL COURT , APPELLATE COURT, HIGH COURT OR SUPREME COURT, I DON'T KNOW WHEN THIS ORDER WAS AMENDED .

Still time is there. Time limit for Claring çases in the last of of kaliyugam. People should have patience. If cases closed in few decades how can lawyers generations live. System is nice. Even if we die our souls should attend the courts . Otherwise we will be booked some more cases under contempt of court. Nice . Let long live the system . Jai hind. Many times in courts saree clints are allowed to speak and their version only will be listened . Gents are not allowed to present real facts. That is why 498a and DV cases are running like floods into the courts. One can easily earn money. Jai hind.

Adv act 1961 sec 34 empowers court officer to grant party in person. Why this committee procedure. Indian people in which advocates also a part are not so honest. Advocates even given typed material not file it in court just taken money. Jos do not uphold interest of justice but hold only interest of lawyers. Main reason for backlog is lawyers. Loose everything to win a case.. patient sure die.
