Salem la iruka True Sai Jeep(Fiat) la service pana.. vandi la irundha ellam complaints um arrest panitanga.. Jeep India la irukara vara Service and Spares ku kavala pada theva ila. Yarathu Fiat vaanganum nu aasa patingana bayamapadma vaangunga. Lasta onu sollanu.. Multijet oda powerum Punto voda handlingum adichikavea muviyathu. Coimbatore to Hyderabad trip la 24.5kmpl milege.. Thank you MotoWagon for sharing about Enthusiastic Cars. This episode is definitely for Enthusiasts like us. I remembered memories of driving those cars. Asir anna, if you want to find Lancer, you can find in Erode, Tirupur and Coimbatore coz we hunt for Lancer and most of the Lancers of TN can be found here. In my rent garage, I see 3 Lancers beside my car, Black 1 and White 2. It gives joy watching Lancer and Vento together. Mach 1 VRS Octavia is still in Erode yellow car and 2 latest VRS 45 is in Erode. Also there are other cars (not in budget) but the best in lifetime. Pajero 1st gen 2.8, Montero 3.2, Endeavour 1st gen 3.0 and 2nd gen 3.2, 2.5 Bolero and 2.6 Scorpio. My friend bought 2.5 Bolero 2011 model for 10 Lakhs. Bolero owners are not ready to give this particular model coz it's such a great car. I tried to get one for me, but no one is giving. I m ready to pay how much they ask. No bargain, all I want is 2.5 Bolero. If anyone found one, pls reply here.

Of course, your point is correct. Well from the 2006 - 2016 we were doing our maintenance @ mahindra authorized service centre. I'm not offending the authorized service centers/dealers. But the thing is the company service centres which we approached for the regular maintenance and service weren't that much enthusiastic/service oriented. They were cost-oriented instead of cost-effective one.

@motowagon Team : Bro i'm sorry to say second hand market is greedy post COVID where everyone start buying a car and people start utilizing the situation. simply Ford Figo zxi 2011 second owner with mileage of more than 1.1 lakh kilometer quoted at budget of 2.5 lakhs. Punto EVO you mentioned where around 5 lakhs 58 miles ran. when looking these and people mindset i mostly prefer new cars hassle free. if someone got for budget you came up with its their only Luck...

Hi Motowagon team , I have a Ford Ikon 1.6 NXT ZXI petrol Rocam engine. The reason I am still retaining this car is due to the emotional attachment and mainly due to the driver centric car , Not to mention the instant response when I press the gas pedal ( even after 18 years ) . My dilemma - is there any reliable contact who can restore this car to its former glory ? And leaving aside the emotional quotient aside is the car worth restoring?

The SCross 1.6 Diesel though the most powerful was an imported unit that had severe quality issues for Indian climate/driving conditions. Breakdowns were common and Parts n spares difficult to get. People ended up at selling it at huge discounts 😢

I just had an incident today where I dosed for few seconds and by God's grace we escaped a mishap... Any tips on how to prepare ourselves physically to stay brisk throughout the drive... This happened on route from Chennai to Kanyakumari and I was doing good speeds as well. But the roads were pretty empty and nothing much happening... maybe that left me to dose off....

Lancer & Opel Astra is one of my favorites. GM launched Opel vectra in 2002 with automatic climate control & front power windows which are ahead of its time. A strong 2198 cc engine with 203 nm torque & 148bhp. Sadly very low mileage. Very few units sold.

Interesting! The best car I have ever driven is the Fiesta 1.6S. I am a diesel lover, but this car made me realize that petrol cars can be fun too. It brought me a thrill I had never experienced before. I'm not a fan of modern-day gimmicks, it has that retro and modern infused vibe, which I love the most. The car is raw, with no traction control, electronic power steering, ESP, or any other modern-day electronics. It has ABS, but the brakes are not that great 😅. But the joy when you get in that car is unmatched. You can't explain that in words. It loves twisty roads, when you rev it hard till 6500 RPM, your blood pumps, heartbeat races, and your brain releases dopamine, sweeter than any drug. Wow, I'm getting deep in this text 😂. So yeah, I love the Fiesta 1.6S. I'm not a big fan of tuning the engine. Keeping it original and lowkey looks and feels good to me. I love aesthetic modifications but to an extent, just some tweaks. I hate ruining the silhouette. That's my take. I have driven more than 130 cars, but this car has a special place in my heart. Preferences might change, but for now, the Fiesta 1.6S is my favorite.
