@@josephbuccoleri3814 it's not that it's because Luke could only do Strongman part time due to his work on the oil rigs, it wasn't until Tom started making his way up the Strongman top places that he took it full time, so really that holds Luke back because of his age so Luke is more or less just enjoying it and doing the best he physically can and go as high up as he can and support Tom, even if he doesn't succeed, he is happiest when Tom succeeds

To be fair, Luke looked easy on his lifts as well. Definitely a class apart here but Big Z rightly remains the king of this event.

This goes to show you how impressive Larry Wheels is. After he trained log-press for the first time in his life with Thor for 2 weeks, he did a personal best of 209kg, matching Thor at the 2019 Log Press World Championships; that's better than most Strongmen's personal bests, including Shaw who is much bigger and has trained log for over a decade. 😳

I've been dying for months and months to watch the full 2021 Heats and Final...may you please inform us when you plan to release this footage on YT for us all to enjoy?! We are all amped up for 2022 WSM and i and many others still haven't seen the 2021 comp!! I think the craziest thing about this event is the fact that Tom made 185 look so easy then failed 195. He practically strict pressed 185. Also I was weirded out by there not being commentary and it took me a minute to realize why.

Just wondering why this event is always held in the hottest locations and then they talk about how difficult it is for the competitors when the heat is so brutal? Why don’t they choose locations with better conditions? This event clearly shows the dangers of excessive heat

step in the right direction for giants live (though they could do with releasing stuff like this near or during the event) I would say though, theres no need to constantly switch camera angles and zoom in on the athletes face as theyre making the press, cant see any of the lift!
