I like it how you value your purchases and still remember how you managed to get them. You can open your own boutique museum where you can display your vintage collection for clothes and also your own ‘for rent’ brand for shoes and handbags so others will have a chance to carry and wear your unique designer items. I am new to your channel and found it through a Miu Miu video search. You have some beautiful pieces. I have nowhere near your budget but i've loved the brand for years (as well as Prada) and I've bought 99% of my collection pre loved/secondhand. I agree with you that something went a bit odd with the Prada brand in general. It's so obvious when you look at previous collections and you compare to what they're doing now. I think a lot of it is down to Raf Simmons coming on board ; let's be honest he's not exactly Mr Exciting..which is why I liked the brand, it was fun. Now it's on the dull side of boring. The positive thing about Miu Miu going a bit off the radar for die hard collectors like me is that it's made archive pieces much more affordable. SIlver lining...clouds...

There was a point when they were doing it right and then everyone couldn’t connect with them. But the print is their thing, how they match crazy patterns borderline on tacky/crazy/grandma/manic pixie girl but not tacky, same with Prada as well. So your vibe.

Exactly! They just need a come-back it-bag i think. They're kind of faded into the background. Though Prada has had their moments with the headbands and mens graphic shirts.

Miu Miu has some supper cute purses with a different pattern stitched or folded in the leather and pouch / dumpling bags with leather straps with knots in them .

Yes! The dumpling looking bags are cute. Though I'm not the biggest fan of their handbags as a whole. They do come out with cute things here and there but i feel like they need to step it up a little. Their RTW is much better.

Wenwen I am glad you are highlighting MuiMui which I love. I recently bought the camp teddy cropped jacket with hoody to wear a little off one shoulder with my LuLu lemmon leggings, body suit and archlight black/white LV sneakers for winter. I had also bought the pearly head band to wear to the races which was simply stunning on my long black hair. The jacket I bought was featured in the fall/winter 2020 runway show and sold out really quickly. Really interested in your viewing your collection.

Hi Anne, these outfits sound amazing! Miumiu is such an underdog brand at the moment. I hope they have their moment! I think they really need to re-think their handbags as that's what most people get drawn to, then the clothes. Otherwise, miumiu RTW is so much fun!
