7 AM TO 7PM i will tell u why this time is PERFECT (for a long 12 hr session) Dear sir and fellow students, I hope you consider this, *starting to study early in the morning is itself the best time for a focussed session * 6 hr sleep AT NIGHT is minimum is must for us to restore n repair our brain * 1 hr revision after dinner makes us feel acheieved the daily goal and release dopamin which can also makes us worry less and helps in sleep and motivated for the next day Wassim sir and Yawar sir please change the colour of the board to white sir it really matters more than you think sir pls understand
