For the mail story, it's absolutely illegal to take someone else's mail. It can get you a $10k fine and 5 years in prison PER OFFENSE. That postal worker could easily get fired for what they did too. Definitely NTJ.

One time I was working at Tesco I live in Scotland and I was stacking shelves when a woman came up to me asking where is the frozen food isle i pointed to the area behind her and she screamed I asked what’s wrong mam she said I was sexually harassing her and was touching her inappropriately she asked for my manager so here comes my manager he gets a grin when he hears the story so did I and what I told her was unexpected I said mam I’m gay and the manager is my boyfriend she looked stunned and ended up saying a bunch of offensive slurs and eventually was kicked out this woman literally picked the worst person to try this on 😂😂😂

The mail story is insane, I'd be so mad and it's absolutely appalling that the mailman would accept a neighbours word like that. Dunno about the laws around it specifically, I just know it's illegal to open someone elses mail here. But a few years ago I met the mailman on the way back home. I saw my name and said "oh you can just give them to me since I'm here." They refused and literally made me watch them put them in the mailbox, they then proceeded to watch me take my mail out. I never asked for my mail again and just waited 😂

#1.I hate people who dance around the subject. Either say it to my face or move the eff on. #2. Not the jerk. A.) There is plenty of consulates of Canada in the US. B.) Most of the time they will help you especially if its a first offense. I know my friend had one and he had to get a permit thats it. #3. Just tough it out until you leave. Then leave a strongly worded letter on each of their doors about how they are back stabbing people. Then leave all the cabinets opens in the house. I'd do the other things too but thats too far. #5. Roommate story. I understand that they're being assholes and you don't deserve the backstabbing. But honestly, and this comes from someone who's just like you. I'd be annoyed too. I'm sure I annoy people. I'd try and justify and defend myself. But it doesn't stop me from affecting them and being a bit of an inconvenience. I'm sure they're not the best people nor good friends. But it doesn't stop (purposely or not) it from being annoying. All you can do is try a bit harder. It's a struggle and it's really tough. It sucks knowing you can't control the distractions; your thoughts are scrambled. But you have to realize that not everyone has to or is going to conform and "deal with" who you are all day everyday.

Its actually not that hard to rehab a house so long as the structure is good. The only hard part is following local code and getting the required permits. Removing asbestos and roofs with many angles asside once gou get something down to studs you can turn off the power and route new stuff with ease.
