I'm in 2 minds about this. If I played killer I'd like to know so I knew not to engage in any messages etc from that person, however if the name was dropped it would encourage lots of people to go to that person's streams, give abuse and in turn make it look like what the person keeps reporting is true and he/she is in fact being targeted with people coming to the chat to harass him/her. This would give this person's reports more weight and would make any genuine reports against this person less believable and more like ganging up.

@@VBSuper Killer is very easy to play at first because the survivors you go up against are clueless and scared. Because the horror affect is still real for them. So one: They dont know where gens are, they dont know how to loop. So you have no pressure on yourself. And two: they play immersive. as long as they hear even a slight beat of your TR, they wont go and repair that gen or get that unhook. Thats the learning curve, they need to get used to the game and become more altruistic. Once you as a killer have won enough, it changes. The survivors know where gens are, they will play more altruistic, they will probably even know to loop just not perfect. But you still can play basicly however you want, because most likely its going to be players that know what they are doing but they are still in random lobbys. However, if you beat enough teams, you will start to face way more swf groups who are coordinated and have practiced looping very well. Who run the best perks and you start using the best perks yourself. Thats why it can be so frustrating as a killer, youre used to easy games and miss them when you face challenging group after group after group. And for survivor? The horror effect lasts for like the first few hours, then it fades. Maybe you dont know all the techs yet, need to still remember gen spots and all that. But you learn that naturally and adapt to it. Maybe you will even get out once your somewhat confident and face more killers that know less than you. Most of my escapes for example were hatch escapes, because i knew more than the other people in my lobby but couldnt get the doors because my teammates died like flies. Now i hardly escape because i have too little training in looping (as a survivor) but i still feel like i can play immersed and let the killer not see me, unhook people and get gens done, maybe im the one dieying but at the end i have still most points, maybe even THE most points in the lobby, all though im the one ending up sacrificed. So the pressure is uneven, killer has to know how to put pressure on survivors in these siutations but there will always be teams that make it vice versa and pressure the killer, because he fights not only 4 other players but also time. And im also playing swf now and then, i way more often get out through the gates if i have confident loopers in my team. And we dont even use VC, its just my friends also have as much experience as i do. So its 4 experienced players against 1.

Hes reporting people for actions they do off platform. the dbd report was about him "abuing" him on twitch, the twitch report was about him "harassing" him in game, So he clearly knows that he cant report them for they can check, e.g. reporting him on dbd for his actions in game because dbd can check that and see hes lying, but dbd cant check the victims message history in twitch so he reports him for that instead.

I only ever report for dcs, survivors who sit around and do nothing all match (you know the ones, creeping round map not touching gens), holding the game hostage. That's about it. Nothing else really does anything to be honest

One thing I’ll never forget is the time I was Plague on Azarov’s resting place, and the survivors three genned themselves (it’s the auto haven map with two three gens on both ends and one gen in the center. The survivors refused to touch any gens, and I found them eventually and got a 4k. Was reported for taking the game hostage. Didn’t even play for the 3 gen either. They just did gens on one side of the map

I know a small german Streamer who was fresh to DbD, he did/ still do the same thing. I told him which behavior is reportable and which is not. And so he started reporting the Killers who tunnelt him out of the game accusing them on false things they didnt do. I asked him why he stop reporting and concentrate more on learning to loop better, so the Killer coudnt catch him that Quick. He responded if I'm still right in my mind and if thats what i'm thinking? I said yes and clicked the unfollow Button. For people like him, i would wish bhvr would give them a break of the Game and banning them for their false accusation. Thanks for that Video spooks💜
