This actually gave me a great idea. If I have to add a ton of modifications anyway, I might as well go overboard, like when a Leo was turned into Tallgeese.

That is correct. If the mobile suit you need is not available in a modern kit, you can easily recreate a new design format using this type of combination.

thank you. It's encouraging. It's a simple and reasonable remodeling method, so please try it.

@@gassiri I will definitely try it! Mind I ask what width of plastic card you used for the front and back skirting?
@gassiri2 жыл бұрын
@@johnbastion747 I think it's about 3 cm front and back. The thickness is about 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm.
What was your process for changing the blue visor to green, what brand of clear yellow paint, did you prep the visor with sanding, how many coats did you have to use and what ratio of thinner did you use? This is a really great kit custom. So cool.

The blue visor was sprayed with Gaia Color Clear Yellow using an airbrush to change it to green. You can apply it perfectly with just one spray. The thinner ratio is about half that of paint. Thank you for complimenting the example. Although it is easy to make, the result will be amazing. Please try it out!

@@gassiri yea, I'm in the middle of making my own GM using Nightseeker legs, head and gundam body. I was using tamiya clear yellow but the results on the the visor were very muddy green. I'll try gaia soon. Thank you for sharing you, again great kit.
