Ye bola interns demand money, to unka rehna khana, travel wo pocket se karke tera company chalayenge? Actually hiring people and not paying them is a crime outside India. But here in India koi b service company kholke intern leke paisa na deke khud paisa rakhletahe. Shameful

Ye discuss Kiya tha video me. Bahar skills bhi hote hai bhai. India me ek ache design school k passout ko design theory, typography bhi nahi aati. Developers ne kabhi scalable project nahi banaya hota. I know you don't have founders mindset but kabhi business ka haal ye hota hai ki founders salary bhi nahi lete udhar pe company chala rahe hote hai. Books se reality me fark hota hai

@@IntellectualIndies Bhai human values b kuch cheez hoti he, skilled ya unskilled, how a person would survive without paying rent, bills, fooding etc? I can show you Indian students who are going abroad as intern and getting stipend that is higher than salary of an experienced person in India, does that mean foreign companies don't know how to hire? Or they are just throwing money at intern without knowing the market??

Absolutely well said ....wished i would have met you guys in 2014...was looking for a similar pos machines but that no hardware corresponding to softwares were missing.....i myself tried alone, with no payment gateway, no complainies like hindutsan, p and G, colour cosmetics most of the brands with big reach....most of the talks were done ......all customer and retailer centrenic with the sole idea of safe time and save cost ... Don't do online Via website..... Just try to make audience using Instagram. Videos to banna hi sakte ho apne product ki quality p.... make cool videos from your phone only. and spend 1000-2000 rupees on marketing the video or post within your city. Target within your city only so that delivery bhi mange kr paao.
