Sir i have facing a difficult problem for unique code. Initially I have joined as D group employees in haryana Govt. Department, this department was created a payee code on e salary and release my one month salary after one and half month i have resigned form this department and given normal resignation and joined as a clerk in university. The University has created a new payee code and also upload it on HRMS data. I worked as clerk for five years and 7 months and given technical resignation from the post of clerk because I have selected as clerk in haryana govt. My hrms data is transferred by the University to my current department but while submitting my details on e salary the previous emplpyee code ( created at the time of day group post) is shown rather than my current payee code associated with hrms there fore I can't prepare my salary for last 2.5 months the department where i had joined as d group doesn't do anything now i am very confused to what to do. Please help me

Sir m phle d group me cooperative society me selected tha jind vha se resign dekar ab health department me as a clerk join kiya hai abhi jind se unhone hrms se online resign bhi kr diya hai aur yaha lar inhone e salary par sari details bhi fill krdi hai lekin jab last export data to hrms kar rahe hai tab vo update nhi ho tha aur na hi koi edit ya view ka option aa rha ye dikha raha hai bas already exported to hrms case 1 if dont resign through peoper channel case 2 if resign through proper channel koi solution nhi ho rha sir 2 mhine hoge salary nhi start nhi hui hai it's very urgent please understand this and give the solution please

Bhai mujhe 1 problem aa rahi hai - mai as a gram sachiv select hua hu new and mujhe e salary portal par hcs dikhaya gya hai state govt. Employee ki jagah aur ab hrms par data bhejne ki koshish krta hu to dikhata hai ki employee is either ias/ hcs kindly select a/b grade for employee instead of group c par mai to group c me aata hu - aur ab ye theek bhi nahi ho rha aur mere block ki treasury wale bol rhe hai ki yha se bhi nahi hoga to aap bta sakte ho ki mai kha se theek karwa sakta hu
