I agree. Where do I sign? I believe it should be played on an immense fairground organ for full effect. Perhaps all speeches/addresses should be delivered in a high clown voice* accompanied by various sound effects the speaker can use to punctuate certain parts of his/her speech; a rubber-bulb horn, a zany high-pitched siren, a boiyoyoyoiiinnng springy sound, and the classic tuba playing 3 descending notes (to indicate failure or mishap), maybe some herald trumpets to emphasize certain achievements, etc. *il pagliaccio voce
