You can collaborate with Governor Soludo to get gas supply from Anambra state- so that both states generate enough power using the abundant gas resources in Anambra state.

@endee: Thank you for asking an important question. Yes, it will be metered so you can have clean water regularly, reducing the typhoid disease you spend a lot more on and reducing death. Many industries can spring up with clean water, and institutions will function better.
