Bro, There is actually an international convention on road signs and signals (Vienna Convention 1968, effective 1978) which makes it easy for drivers from other countries to arrive Enugu and drive seamlessly and safely due to uniformity. It will be nice if they comply with the rules.

Two things are needed for a better and cleaner city….. 1. Take tricycles completely off the roads. 2. Let there be a state-run public transport system.
