But the biggest problem in number 18 is it. People seem to forget that the Constitution is only there and granted power by the people, not by the judicial, not by the executive office, but by the people. And so many of our politibins are not listening and they're not representing. They're people anymore.

According to the laws of the land, specific to Commerce, governed byTitle 26 -7701, (9) & (10) United States and the States, references to “include” only the 10 square miles of the District of Columbia and the “States,” Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and North Mariner Islands, as it pertains to commerce within the United States. Further, in reading what constitutes doing a trade or business within the US, only includes either being elected to public office or employed therein. See 26 USC 7701 (26). So it is, in fact, ignorance that binds us a US Citizens or US Persons aka Individual. Don’t you agree?
