If you are folding this using duo paper, start with the leaf color DOWN. I folded it with 21cm kami. 15cm is too small. Lovely project that can be done quickly.

Update: The president of the Women's Benevolent Society of Park Street Church asked me to make a lot of these envelopes. She puts a card with a prayer on one side and a Bible verse on the other side in the envelope. This envelope is truly elegant! Yes, it does hold together fairly well. However, a touch of a glue stick on the tabs makes it more secure. When you begin, leaf color down.
