The Corner Chomper is the workhouse of corner rounders...but sometimes you have to be exact with how you align your corners to get the exact same chomp. I love it for when I need to use it on chipboard and heavier stuff. I also have the 3-in-1 like yours but from WR Memory keepers and I like it, but it's more for lightweight projects. Maybe you just need to punch foil about 5-10x to sharpen it again and then punch wax paper to lubricate it.

Make sure to use yozr puncher with the metal side facing up. That way you can check and make sure the point of the paper is in straight. By doing that your puncher will work perfectly and you will be able to use it for ages.

Wow! What a fantastic set of envelopes….love these! I know you said those wonderful butterflies came from a local store, too bad not local in my area in the US….love those too! Now on corner rounder recommendations I have one that’s named Kadomaru Pro. Annette Green used this one before so I purchased too. Mine was from Amazon in the US but don’t think it’s there now. It has 3 sizes of corners and I do like it. You could try to sharpen yours punching some aluminum foil too. I’ve purchased the corner chomper one three times and each one defective but loads of people have had luck with them. Of course we want to see your birthday prezzies!! Also I too love hearing you talk more in your videos. Amazing makes!😄

I should put you in touch with my cousin, she has the art genes, she’s taught art at Lincoln Uni, done brasses for Lord (or Baron) Rothschild can’t remember which one and has a business where she supplies art galleries and her own website.
