@SandTurtle gets it. This is an incredible way to mess with the player psychologically, make them think they are being hacked or watched in real time by "the game" which can be the whole point of the experience. Just make sure if you DO use this you make it obvious after a few minutes that it's part of the gameplay and not an actual RCE attack.

using the username isnt *too* out there as a concept. DDLC for example uses the windows username to freak you out. its a certified horror game trick.

Yeah a lot of this seems pretty useful for meta stuff like that

Some of those variables could be useful for error logs right? Only thing that came to mind.

Id use it get tell me were my save.sav or save.dat files are 😅
