Petri dishes should be written, opened and closed inside Grade A. Rotation of the plate could be included while applying pressure. Sterile wipes should be opened inside Grade A as well. Direction of cleaning should always be from clean to dirty surfaces while passing over adjacent areas with the same side of the wipe is wrong. After each action (e.g. sampling contact plate), the operator should apply IPA into his hands before continuing with further sampling. The same side of the wipe was used for cleaning both Grade A areas. Perforated lid shouldn't be touched from the top. All handling could be done by rotating the lid from the side. The way you place the petri dish (active air) on the lid is not wrong, however, it seems weird to me. Sampling of active air should be done from Grade A to B, not the other way around.
