I can see slum promotion here, not estates developing. The idea is good for those that already have such plots but a whole estate developers buying land and start partitioning it in smaller portions not a good idea. Instead they should encourage and educate people how/where they can get well planed cheap standard plots to reduce slums.

Such plans create slums because houses are so close to each other , these kind of plans will be stopped by kcc in the future that is why they don't issue a land title on plots less than 50ft by 50ft.

Bro there was no land tittle for plot of 25 by 50 or 50 by 50 ,land tittle start from 50 by 100 according to ug landboard, that's is Kabaka land for Ndagano (but Kabaka s land is good compared to private land

Personally I don't have a house yet yet am already of old age , but this is partly a wrong promotion , I agree with comments alluding to the fact that it is encouraging slums instead of promoting organised communities. On part of the property man sozo , this is by far a definition of rich local investors who lack exposure, on the part local governments & government it shows how weak and lack of vision this government has lead us into . Government, municipalities show on there part give incentives and sensitisation to our local investors. In this 21st century if this is the kind of mindset, it's a pity

I saw a nicer larger building next to this one with a spacious compound. It’s very unfair to them to have these kind of boxes mushroom around them. Permanent structures should be planted out because they will be for a few generations. I hope the local government reigns on people promoting such development otherwise, a giant slum will arise, with no roads , schools, hospitals etc
