There was only 1 tiger originally. Then he got a second tiger. One of them died and he replaced it. So never 3 at once. They are in Brakpan, South Africa, with about 73,000 population. There are no animal protection laws and it is legal to own and kill exotic animals. People go there and pay thousands to go on fenced ranches (called canned hunts) to kill animals who cannot escape so they can have their pictures taken and feel important.
