Club role im the industry is to present and give opportunity to riders to showcase their talent and ultimatly get them a factory contract, so of course it would be great to see a Club bike in the podium but hey, they made it, they are officialy a team that can get the riders to factory level, is there anything better than this for business?

There’s going to be a point where star is shooting themselves in the foot with all these riders. It’s either going to be exactly what they think it’s going to be, or it’ll be their downfall. While Club can be disappointed, I think they know that if any factory ride is made available, that opportunity is hard for a rider to turn down. If the move was to another support team, then that would hurt more. Club looks like a very well put together team, but Star is elite.

Before I watched the video I thought it was a no-brainer going to star but after you said something about the pressure, I agree with you, he's gonna be expected to perform and if he doesn't he might not get a few more years like he might have with club. If he believes he's ready to fight for a title, I think it was a good move.

I've always perceived Club MX as a Team that gives riders opportunities to launch their careers and then switch to a factory team. If 'm right it's only logical that they have a termination clause where a rider can buy himself out and they can use the money to run their team. The "Enzo situation" might be more lucrativ for them opposed to having him switching teams at the end of his contract. And the moral side of Enzo's switch would be, that ... there is no moral side because this clause serves both parties. My 2 cents.

It would be better for Star Racing to strengthen one racer in the 450 class. Try approaching Jorge Prado who is interested in racing in the USA. In the 250 squad class, Star Racing Yamaha line-up are very good. But in the 450 class automatically only ET will compete with JL because CW and JC are still in doubt if they can compete with JL👏

Nobody owes you anything in this life. Riders are contract employees, not permanent employees, the riders have to do what's best for them. In this case a factory ride was offered to Enzo and he took full advantage of his legal rights to do what's best for him. I'm sure Star made up for that $50k in his contract that he had to pay Club to get out. He's not going to Star for free or $50k in debt. IF and I say if Enzo had a couple of poor seasons with Club you know damn well they'd cut him and he'd be left without a ride. That's how this industry works, heck that's how life works. If you are lackluster in your job, you get shown the door. But if you have the talent and you want to move up the ladder, you take that opportunity when it's presented to you. Club being salty, that's on them, get over it. This day and age professional loyalty doesn't mean crap, you and only you have to look out for yourself and your well-being. Get after it Enzo!
