Boycotting does not mean that we are about to close those brands. In fact, boycotting means pushing them towards a financial crisis. Economic crisis during war is one of the major and tactical crises that stops any country from initiating its war on a higher level. If we need their products, they also need our money. It's a give and take situation, not one-sided. They are not sending their products to Muslim countries for the sake of humanity or technological advancement. They earn from it as simple as that. Boycotting does affect the war tactics for the Western countries.

Let me elaborate,Ali bhai spent most of his youth studying different fiqh or school of thoughts of sunnis and shia and he has the first hand knowledge of it,he researched,read and understood the vary cause of it he saw the fault lines and grab hold of them and mashallah he’s doing great so far may Allah bless him for that. But ali bhai lacks or have very surface knowledge of socioeconomic and political structure of Islam and pan-islamism,he’s not the preferable candidate to discuss the global political and caliphate with because see things in a very linear way he can only give you his opinion that are derived from his knowledge of firqs plus he lacks knowledge on these things he’s doesn’t have Sahil Adeem level of intellect and understanding of the pan-islamism,caliphate,Islam as a deen,global politics(he has very specific answers to every question)

Just because Qaiser Ahmad Raja didn’t grasp the entire narrative doesn’t imply that the Engineer was agreeing with him. Qaiser Ahmad Raja might not have fully understood or might have only mentioned a few words and then defined it. In response, the Engineer clarified, saying he used the word in a different context and would be the one to define its meaning.

Engineer does remember his grave and is outside influence of all those scholars jin ki graves ka halwala ap de rahein hein. It’s all about critically thinking about all scholars and only taking guidance from the Prophet Mohammed صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم No other scholar has to be followed for all matters of deen, blindly. Jesa Nabi ka ittiba hey wesa hi ham baki scholars ka nai ker saktey. This approach, Engineer has revived. Logon ko apney Nabi se, original source se connect kerna. Engineer speciality is Fiqh, I won’t learn anything else from him. For example for Aqeedah I woud prefer other scholars. Likewise for political philosophy also, his expert opinions are similar to many other people. Fiqh issues have been clearly taught and clarified by Br. Mohammed Ali Mirza, why should one nullify his efforts. His role in rectifying matters about Ahl- Bayt and Karbala is another remarkable contribution. May Allah reward him and other scholars in dunia and aakhirah for all of their efforts.

One thing brother, you know while watching, there pulped a desperate desire to meet you; the reason is apparent as is the situation of Pakistan, because you were talking so intuitively of the topic, it gave me the expression you are amongst the honest and effort-putting persons. I won't compare with you anybody and then appreciate you but say this, MashaAllah you have level of intellect and I entertained this session. Severely disappointed with Engineer’s response on the boycott. He didn’t address the point properly, when asked about America passing a bill against boycotting Israel’s products (this shows that it’s effecting their economy), why the heck would we not boycott then?! He did address the point by stating that America would also pass a law against selling any products fro any other countries. Think about it for a minute and you will understand the point. It also took me 5 minutes to actually understand his point. Making a few people unemployed is equivalent to killing them and their families. It will alsoresult in more street crime. Killing people to save people is not the correct response. Also, Boycotting Mcdonald's will not result in abrupt stoppping of war. They will find other ways to supply food. Try to understand the bigger picture here.

Engineer Sahab is standing on the Problem End when it comes to Boycotting !! The example provided by Engineer Sahab that Molvies should break their iPhone is deeply flawed as the iPhones or any other phone which has been sold is already the part of their economy, but the thing that matters is that we should avoid purchasing the products "At this moment", it doesn't matter if we've strengthened their economy in the past, what matters is that we should weaken them at the time of war. As the Prophet ﷺ said: "..مَنْ جَاهَدَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ بِمَالِهِ وَنَفْسِهِ قِيلَ.." "..The one who fights the Polytheists with their Wealth & Money.." 📗 Sunan Abi Dawood #1449 And secondly the products which are absolute necessities, they can be used using the principle of eating Khinzeer as mentioned in the Qur'an. The goal here is to cause Maximum damage, not Absolute damage (as it may not be possible) There's a lot to say on this, I'll cover this in a twitter thread & share here In Sha Allah.
