@rhettsamigo2003 Wow, good catch! The actress is Margaret Colin. According to Wiki, after Hofstra Univ. graduation, she starred on Edge of Night (1979-1980), apparently playing an heiress-exterrorist character for 7 months. After many years of major roles, in film/theatre/TV, she now plays Blair's mother -- Eleanor Waldorf -- on Gossip Girl. In Edge of Night, it's like she was playing a twisted-version of that period's version of Gossip Girl. Every decade has that kind of story, I guess...!
