Dance on the floor isnt copied, it was a homage/tribute given by Lopez to Lambada with her consent as she was influenced heavily by Latin music in her childhood. Whereas bollywood one was copied straight without mentioning about the original song and without her consent.

Hey I just found out this video and I wanna point out that the song "itna na mujhse tu pyar badha" is not technically copied because all the compositions of musicians like Mozart are in public domain and can be used by people anyway they want. Mozart's symphony No.40 was composed in 1788 and the hindi song came out in 1961, 173 years later after the expiration of the copyright on the original music.
