Pathetic service. We booked for group outing a month in advance for 3 day / 2 night to celebrate my friend's 1st Wedding Anniversary and even paid half amount in advance but it was worst experience and rude service by staff that we had to left place in 1 day. The entire planning ruined. Staff is terrible including front desk and support staff. They shows luxurious facility before booking but they don't even have average rooms as property seems under construction. Even luggage was not being taken will staff we were suppose to carry all the luggage to the room .Place was very dirty to enjoy vacation. The pool was not clean. Food was not properly cooked. In middle of no cellular network area they did not provide Wi-Fi so there will be no connect with your family back home. All complaints to staff will be indifferent to them. There were already 4-5 guest complaining when we arrived.Complete waste of time and money. Will never recommend this resort
