Assalamualikum , I had a still birth at 37 weeks, 5 weeks ago. I live in a developed European country, I am a physician myself and I had a very good antenatal care still our baby couldn’t survive because it happened in my sleep and there were no signs of it when I went to sleep. And I realise with at most conviction that life and death comes from Allah and him alone . We as human beings have zero control over it.I am married for almost 8 years and she was my first child after 2 miscarriages. The hardest part was delivering my baby 3 days after she was dead and pushing her out knowing I am going to hold my dead baby. But Wallahi Allah made my Labor so easy , Alhamdulillah I had the courage to do it and be patient through out. Please make dua for me and my husband for Sabr and contentment.

I had stillbirth at 38,5 weeks and she was my first baby, and the worst part was going through all that pain knowing that I would not get the 'promised reward'. It's literally the worst feeling in the world - and the doctors did not even let me see or hold her. I wonder a lot about why it happened, but can never get to the bottom of it. I hope to meet my little angel daughter in Jannah one day... and wish you the same

I was actually listening to surah maryam. When i heard the part where she said i wish i would've died before experiencing this, it just got me thinking why Allah has made the process of childbirth so painful. And some religions claim that its because Eve ate the apple but even for the most pious of women yani maryam a.s. its the same. So, why?

Allah gave her fruits in the Mosque without any work.but during her labour He(Subahanuwatala) said to shake the trunk of a palm tree. Sometimes we forget the shaking of the palm tree.

Im trying to find advice on labour and delivery in islam and i find it hard to believe all there is is to eat dates. Theres SO much advice on trivial things in life but just eat dates for something as dramatic as childbirth?

Allah swt does not need to "control" all he has to say be and it is. Iblis (Satan) nature is fully well known to Allah swt. And He (Allah) has given Iblis his time to do what he thinks he can against Allah swt. It is the arrogance of Iblis that he thinks he can force Allah swt to change or to destroy His creations. Impossible. Sadly, humans have a nasty habit of giving Allah swt human needs. He is the creator, not the created. So neither can Allah be an accomplice to Iblis nor be below Iblis. He is and always will be the Almighty Allah swt.

Almighty can control Satan but he chooses not to until a certain time. It's like you owning a car but not driving it but auto drive is on. You can anytime take control of it and you yourself has decided to keep the car in auto drive mode and you're the owner..... In either case, whether you drive it or put it on ai driven state, it's yours. Satan has given intelligence and is being put on auto drive by God.

Its actually rlly easy to understand, Satan is just being used by God like a pawn on a chessboard. Satan is used to test humankind. Yes God created him. Yes God created the concept of morality of good and evil and everything inbtween. 🤷‍♂️
